STABILA LAX 300 G Embraces GreenBEAM technology
STABILA’s new LAX 300 G laser uses GreenBEAM technology. Green laser lines are four times more visible than red lasers, they are razor sharp, and are suitable for larger working areas thanks to their brightness and clarity.
The GreenBEAM teachnology used in the new LAX 300 G cross line plus plumb point laser provides the best conditions for craftsmen to increase their work productivity and avoid marking errors. High visibility in all lighting conditions enables you to work quickly and directly onto the fine laser lines at distances of up to 30 meters away.
The unit‘s equipment and features make it ideal for interior construction. A horizontal and vertical line and plumb-line dots upwards and downwards means plumb-line and levelling work can be performed on the floor, wall and ceiling simultaneous. An operating time of up to 15 hours is enabled by the latest energy-saving laser diodes used in the LAX 300 G.
The LAX 300 G is a true all-rounder where functions can easily be changed using the single-button operation. The laser design and accessories make this tool versatile on a construction site. Pendulum technology ensures quick self-levelling, and an extendable foot means the height of the compact laser housing can be adjusted - a particular advantage in drywall construction when working directly on U-profiles. In addition, the plumb-line dot downwards is clearly visible when the foot is extended.
Not only can it be used on the floor or on a tripod via a 1/4“ thread, it can also be fastened to metallic objects thanks to the rare-earth magnets and V-groove. The STABILA wall bracket allows for the laser to position the laser to the desired height. Additionally the laser can be fastened to non-metallic objects using the integrated metal lugs and a strap. The target plate with magnetic holder and cross-hair is used to align the laser vertically and horizontally with a target point – for suspended ceilings, for example, the target plate can easily be attached to metal rails with the magnetic holder.
By rotating the housing of the laser into the park position, the laser optics are protected against dust and scratches. The LAX 300 G fulfils the requirements of protection class IP 54, and is therefore protected against internal dust deposits and spray from all directions.
